Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@toyzimo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back.
Please note: Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different item or replacement? Contact us — we’ll gladly help arrange an exchange when possible.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
