Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@toyzimo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Please note: Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.


Exchanges

  • Need a different item or replacement? Contact us — we’ll gladly help arrange an exchange when possible.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
